Andoni Iraola found it hard to decide if he wanted Bournemouth’s thrilling match with Man Utd to end after securing a point at Old Trafford on Monday night.
The two teams exchanged leads five times in an exciting match, finishing 4-4 and sharing the points.
This result allowed the Red Devils to move ahead of Liverpool into sixth place in the Premier League, while Bournemouth climbed to 13th.
“It had everything,” Iraola stated to Sky Sports after the match. “There were moments when it felt like a loss and times when we thought we had it under control.
“Even at the end, we created two clear chances, and I thought we might win. Although it’s just a point, we can take both positives and negatives from this match.
“Both teams played aggressively and openly, and we probably attacked better than we defended today. The second goal we conceded was an easy one. The corner wasn’t even from a great header.
“We ended the first half strongly, and after scoring the equalizer, we felt comfortable. That’s why conceding from a corner hurt, as we were in a good place at the time.
“At the end, you couldn’t tell if we were happy with the draw or wishing for another minute to play.”
