Super League Kerala: Calicut FC Beats Thrissur to Claim Top Spot

Thrissur: Calicut FC defeated Thrissur Magic FC with a solitary goal in the Sports.com Super League Kerala, an event organized by Amul. The decisive goal in the seventh-round match at the Corporation Stadium was scored by Federico Buaso. With this victory, Calicut FC has climbed to the top of the league table with 14 points from seven games. Thrissur is now in second place with 13 points.

During the match, Calicut’s Ashique received a yellow card for a foul on Bibin Ajayan. This result reverses the outcome of their first meeting in Kozhikode, where Thrissur had won by one goal.
