Chelsea is now in the running to sign Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth, as several clubs consider activating his release clause.
The London club reached out to Bournemouth today to discuss a potential deal. Semenyo’s contract includes a £65 million release clause, valid only for the first 10 days of the January transfer window.
Chelsea joins Manchester United and Manchester City in the pursuit of Semenyo, as noted by Fabrizio Romano. Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are also keeping an eye on his situation.

Both Manchester clubs have discussed terms with the 25-year-old’s representatives and are ready to pay the release clause fee.
Semenyo has become a sought-after player this transfer window after a strong start to the season with Bournemouth. The Ghana international has netted eight goals and provided three assists in the Premier League, ranking highly in shots, progressive carries, and runs into the penalty area.
