Reports indicate that Emegha will officially become a Chelsea player in 2026, despite the current contractual arrangements.

The deal with Chelsea will last for seven years, beginning in 2026.

Emegha started his career at Dutch club Sparta Rotterdam, then moved to Belgian club Antwerp in 2022 for €2 million. He later transferred to Austrian team Sturm Graz before joining Strasbourg in summer 2023 for €13 million.

He quickly became a key player for Strasbourg, appearing in 64 matches, scoring 26 goals, and providing 5 assists. He also became the team captain.

The forward is currently valued at €25 million on the Transfermarkt portal.

Recall: A young Chelsea defender has been ruled out for the rest of the year due to injury.
