Chelsea claimed the title at the 2025 UEFA Conference League, adding to their previous triumphs in both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League.
On Wednesday, Chelsea were crowned champions of the 2025 UEFA Conference League after a 4–1 victory over Real Betis in the final held in Poland. The Blues had already secured titles in Europe’s other two major club competitions, the Champions League and the Europa League.
No team had ever previously won all three of UEFA’s club tournaments, making Chelsea the first to achieve this historic treble. Before winning the 2025 Conference League, they had been Champions League winners twice (2012 and 2021) and Europa League champions twice as well (2013 and 2019).
