Chiefs to play in central Africa
Kaizer Chiefs are set to fly to the Democratic Republic of Congo for a CAF Confederation Cup match against AS Simba.
The team is just 180 minutes away from reaching the last 16 of the competition. They advanced past Angola’s Kabuscorp in the first qualifying round, winning on penalties after a 1-1 aggregate draw.

The first leg will take place away on Sunday, October 19, with the return match set for the weekend of October 24-26 at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
