Chile will face Peru in an international friendly. This match is the first for both teams since they did not qualify for the 2026 World Cup, finishing at the bottom of the standings.

Chile ended the qualifiers with 11 points, while Peru had 12 points, leaving both teams out of the tournament. After the qualification round, both nations changed their head coaches as they look to rebuild.
