Christophe Dugarry Takes a Jab at Kylian Mbappé Following His Response to Orelsan

Kylian Mbappé’s recent remarks have sparked controversy. After being referenced by the French singer Orelsan in his new song La petite voix from the album La fuite en avant, the Real Madrid forward responded candidly on X: “You’re welcome to ‘save’ the city you love so much, Orelsan. P.S.: The guy begged us to let him in with just 1% without paying because he has no money, but wants to maintain the good image of the small guy from Normandy.”

This response did not sit well with everyone, particularly Christophe Dugarry, who criticized Mbappé’s reaction. “You are Kylian Mbappé; don’t you have anything better to do? This is unnecessary, silly, and petty. Was it worth it to respond like that? I understand he doesn’t like criticism, but the reality is that he didn’t handle his situation in Caen well,” he remarked on RMC.
