The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) announced on Tuesday the complete fixtures for the Copa del Rey Round of 16. This phase of the Spanish national cup will see the four teams qualified for the Supercopa de España—FC Barcelona (defending champions), Real Madrid, Athletic Club, and Atlético de Madrid—enter the competition. Barcelona will play against CD Guadalajara, a team from the third division. Real Madrid is set to face Talavera de la Reina, also from the Primera Federación.
Athletic Club and Atlético de Madrid will take on Ourense CD (D3) and Atlético Baleares (D4), respectively. The matches featuring the Supercopa qualified teams are scheduled between December 16 and December 18. Notably, there will be a clash between two La Liga teams, Deportivo Alavés and Sevilla FC.
