Sir David Beckham remains in the spotlight as he works on various projects.

Although he hasn’t played football in almost 13 years, Beckham is actively involved with Inter Miami, supporting the club in its Major League Soccer efforts.

The 50-year-old has also been engaged in English football, notably selling Salford City with Gary Neville.

Beckham has shared his views on Ruben Amorim’s time at Manchester United, which ended in January amid several disagreements. He is also part of a documentary honoring former United star Mark Hughes.

On a personal note, Beckham has been navigating the property market, selling a home for £21.3 million and entering a legal dispute over his £12 million property in Oxfordshire.

Recently, Beckham faced criticism from neighbors regarding his plans to install decorative lighting around a pond at their Great Tew home near Chipping Norton.

Neighbor James Worthington told the BBC that the plans seem more suitable for Miami than a rural area like Great Tew.

He noted, “This pond ‘lake’ is in the countryside. Adding lights along a proposed bridge—spotlights—does this really fit Great Tew or is this more like Blackpool?”

Worthington expressed concerns that the lights might disturb local residents and wildlife, affecting the rural ambiance and the night sky.

Attention may turn to Sir David and Lady Beckham to see if they will respond to these remarks.
