Denzel Dumfries Exits National Team Camp

Bad news for Inter Milan and the Netherlands. Denzel Dumfries, a key player for both his national team and Inter, has been called up for the Netherlands’ November gathering. However, an ankle issue during training has raised concerns for coach Ronald Koeman, who stated during a press conference that Dumfries would likely miss the match against Poland this Saturday.

The final decision was made on Friday, confirming that the 29-year-old right-back will return to Italy for treatment on his ankle injury. According to Sky Italia, Dumfries will head back to Milan on Saturday to begin his recovery process and return to competitive play as soon as possible. As a result, he will not be available for the Netherlands match against Poland this evening at 8:45 PM IST.
