The review of professional clubs’ finances continues. Olympique de Marseille (OM) has presented its accounts to the DCNG without any issues, as expected, particularly due to the funds received from the Champions League.
The financial watchdog has also found no issues with Metz and Brest. However, Olympique Lyonnais (OL) will see its payroll regulated, a minor setback after nearly facing administrative relegation at the end of last season.
As part of the reevaluation of clubs’ situations for the 2025-2026 sports season, the Commission for the Control of Professional Clubs made the following decisions in accordance with Article 11 of the D.N.C.G. regulations:
LIGUE 1 MCDONALD’S
F.C. METZ, STADE BRESTOIS 29, OLYMPIQUE DE MARSEILLE
No actions have been taken against these clubs by the DNCG.
OLYMPIQUE LYONNAIS
Payroll regulation has been imposed.
LIGUE 2 BKT
AMIENS S.C.
No actions have been taken against this club by the DNCG.
