Emanuel Emegha’s Bold Statement on Strasbourg: A Game Changer in the Making

“I put France on the map”. In November 2015, Zlatan Ibrahimovic made this comment about Ligue 1. Fast forward ten years, and Emanuel Emegha (22) echoed the Swedish star. The Strasbourg player, who joined in 2023, shared his feelings about moving to Alsace after leaving Austria and Sturm Graz.

“Honestly, I didn’t even know where it was. I thought it was in Germany, but it’s actually in France. Well, I believe everyone knows Strasbourg now,” he said in an interview with the Dutch media Algemeen Dagblad.
