In the seventh round of the French Ligue 1, Monaco secured a draw against Nice. Monaco took advantage of having more players and managed to equalize after initially trailing 0-2.

Ansu Fati played a key role, scoring two goals from penalties. The 22-year-old Spaniard, previously called the ‘new Messi’, has now scored twice for Monaco. After seven rounds, he is at the top of the Ligue 1 scoring list with 5 goals in just three games.

Fati has also scored in the Champions League. Currently, he is on loan at Monaco from Barcelona and will return to the club next summer, but he is focusing on regaining his form in France.
