Updated national team rankings.

The latest qualifying matches for the 2026 World Cup have wrapped up, and FIFA has released its updated rankings.

The Dailyspots team has created a top ten list for African national teams.

Details: Morocco leads the list as the top African team, ranked 11th overall in the FIFA rankings. Senegal follows as the second African team, ranked 18th overall. Egypt rounds out the top three, sitting at 35th in the FIFA rankings.

South Africa is in 55th place overall and is ranked ninth among African teams.
