Barcelona is thinking about sending Marcus Rashford back to Manchester United due to concerns about his physical and mental fitness. The club’s head coach, Hansi Flick, is not happy with Rashford’s recent performances.
As per El Nacional, Barcelona has informed Rashford that he needs to improve in both areas if he wishes to get more game time. While the club was pleased with his efforts during pre-season and training, they expected him to be more impactful in official games.
Now, Barcelona is weighing the option of ending the loan deal early. If this occurs, they would need to pay Manchester United a compensation fee of 5 million euros.
