After a tough loss against Arsenal in the league (4-1) and a setback in the Champions League against Paris (5-3), Tottenham Hotspur (10th) faced Fulham (15th) in the 13th round of the Premier League. This London derby started poorly for the Spurs. Within six minutes, Marco Silva’s Cottagers were leading by two goals, with Kenny Tete scoring in the 4th minute (0-1) and Harry Wilson adding another in the 6th minute (0-2), with some assistance from goalkeeper Vicario.

As fans grew increasingly frustrated and disheartened, Mohamed Kudus pulled one back for the home side in the 59th minute (1-2). Unfortunately for Tottenham, they still suffered their fifth league defeat of the season. Thomas Frank’s team has not won in the Premier League since October 26 against Everton (0-3) and remains in 10th place. Meanwhile, Fulham celebrated their second consecutive victory, following a win over Sunderland, keeping them at 15th in the standings.
