Norway won the match 1-0, with Haaland scoring the only goal from a penalty. This was his fifth goal in the qualifying campaign, as he has found the net in every match so far.
Next, Norway will face Moldova on September 9. They currently lead their group with five wins from five games, putting them on track for direct qualification to the 2026 World Cup.
