Manchester City is facing Manchester United in the fourth round of the Premier League.
The Citizens took the lead midway through the first half with a goal from Foden. Just after halftime, Erling Haaland, their top scorer, made an impact.
First, he scored from a pass by Doku, increasing the team’s lead. However, shortly after, he missed a big chance for another goal. Haaland got the ball near the penalty area, went around the keeper, but failed to finish. His shot, while he was falling, hit the post, and United’s defenders cleared the ball.
In the 68th minute, Haaland broke away from his own half and got his second goal against Bayındır. This goal was his fifth of the Premier League season and the 90th of his career.
