Hakim Ziyech is officially joining Wydad Casablanca in the Moroccan league. At 32 years old, he has signed a contract with the club that will keep him there until 2027.
Having been without a club since leaving Al-Duhail a few months ago, the former Ajax and Chelsea player had discussions with several teams, including Elche, but nothing materialized. He is joining a Wydad Casablanca team that has started the season well, achieving 3 wins and 1 draw in the first four matches of the Botola Pro League, a title they have not won since 2022. Ziyech is aware of the task ahead of him.
