Nicolas Jackson has joined Bayern Munich on loan from Chelsea for the remainder of the season. The player’s agent has provided details about the buyout clauses in the agreement.
Details: In an interview with RMC Sport, Ali Barat mentioned that Bayern has a mandatory purchase option of €80 million if Jackson plays more than 40 matches. Even if he plays less, the club has the option to buy him permanently.
Quote: “They have a mandatory buy option at €80 million if he plays 40 matches, but there is also a €65 million option if he plays fewer than 40. If Nico Jackson performs well this season, given the current market value for strikers, which I estimate at around €65 million, it would make sense for them to purchase him,” Barat stated.
Reminder: Raheem Sterling developed significantly under Brendan Rodgers at Liverpool, and now the Northern Irish coach is set to support his career again—this time in a different league.
