Josip Stanišić’s Controversial Departure Following Hakimi’s Injury

Paris Saint-Germain is currently tense after losing 1-2 to Bayern Munich on the fourth matchday of the UEFA Champions League. Additionally, the club has suffered two more injuries. Ousmane Dembélé, who was brought back by Luis Enrique against the Bavarians, had to leave the pitch due to injury in the 25th minute. Just before halftime, Achraf Hakimi also exited the game following a heavy tackle from Luis Diaz and could be sidelined for several weeks, with reports estimating a recovery time of 3 to 5 weeks.

After the match, Croatian defender Josip Stanisic spoke to the media about his teammate’s aggression. He acknowledged, “He knows he needs to be smarter in these situations.” When asked if Luis Diaz apologized to the team, Stanisic replied, “No, he didn’t. We thanked him (laughs). Just kidding! He was happy, just like all of us.” This statement may not sit well with PSG fans.
