The deal is nearly complete.
The Turkish Super Lig is attracting significant talent.
Details: According to insider Fabrizio Romano, Turkish club Besiktas has struck a deal with Nottingham Forest to sign 26-year-old Portuguese midfielder Jota Silva.
Reports suggest that Besiktas will loan Silva for the season, with a buy option that may become mandatory later.
Silva joined Nottingham Forest from Vitoria Guimaraes last year for €7 million, playing 38 matches, scoring 20 goals, and providing 11 assists.
Transfermarkt estimates his market value at €15 million.
