Real Madrid player Jude Bellingham is recovering from shoulder surgery and is working hard in training. He posted a photo of his workout on Instagram.
The picture features Bellingham lifting a dumbbell as part of his exercise routine. His friend Trent Alexander-Arnold is also in the picture, although he was not selected for England’s squad for the qualifiers by Thomas Tuchel.
Bellingham did not receive a call-up either, as he is still recovering from his injury. He is anticipated to be back in action by October.
It’s notable that Trent joined Real Madrid in June 2025, influenced by Jude Bellingham, who encouraged him to make the move.
Recently, there have been speculations that Trent might lose his starting position to Dani Carvajal, who has returned from injury. If that occurs, Manchester City is reportedly interested in signing him.
