Juve Eyes Final Sales Before Transfer Window Closes

Footem.inJuventus finds itself in a tricky spot as the summer transfer window nears its close. Two significant players, Dusan Vlahovic and Lloyd Kelly, could potentially leave Turin.

The club aims to reduce its wage bill and refresh its attacking options. Meanwhile, several Premier League clubs are exploring the possibility of acquiring the defender who only joined the Bianconeri six months ago.

Vlahovic’s situation is a key point of focus. The Serbian striker reportedly understands that his time at Juventus might be ending. Both the club and player are seemingly open to a separation, but concrete offers have been slow to materialize.

AC Milan is reportedly monitoring Vlahovic’s situation. However, his high salary is a major obstacle for the Rossoneri. Juventus is said to be willing to let him go to Milan if the financial details align with their expectations.

Newcastle United has also emerged as a potential destination. Italian media suggests that the Premier League club could turn to Vlahovic if other attacking options fall through.

Newcastle is looking to bolster their attack in anticipation of Alexander Isak’s potential departure, and Vlahovic is viewed as a possible solution.

Juventus hopes that more clubs will enter the race, allowing for a swift decision before the transfer window closes. The club believes that selling Vlahovic would free up squad space and ease financial pressure from wages.

Lloyd Kelly Attracts Premier League Interest

Alongside Vlahovic, Juventus is also open to offers for Lloyd Kelly. The English defender was recently signed permanently after a loan spell and has featured frequently under coach Igor Tudor.

However, the club’s management is taking a pragmatic approach, stating that few players are untouchable, and Kelly isn’t one of them.

Several Premier League clubs are reportedly monitoring the situation, with Crystal Palace showing the most serious interest in Kelly.

This move could happen if Marc Guehi leaves Selhurst Park. Kelly’s versatility and experience in both the Premier League and Serie A make him an attractive option for English clubs seeking to strengthen their defense.

From Juventus’ perspective, selling Kelly wouldn’t significantly disrupt the team’s balance, as they have other reliable defenders. The financial benefits from his sale could aid the club’s movements in other areas, while maintaining squad depth.
