Juventus wants to sign Mike Maignan
“The Old Lady” aims to attract Milan’s goalkeeper.
Juve might acquire Maignan for free.
Details: As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, 31-year-old Mike Maignan, goalkeeper for Milan and the France national team, could join Juventus without a transfer fee.
Juve’s management sees potential in Maignan becoming available as a free agent, avoiding any compensation costs.
Maignan’s contract with Milan runs until June 2026, and he has indicated he does not plan to renew it.
Earlier, Maignan nearly transferred to Chelsea, but the deal fell through at the last moment. There are also rumors of interest from Bayern Munich.
Mike Maignan moved to Milan from Lille in 2021 for €16.4 million. Since then, he has played 170 matches for the Rossoneri, allowing 173 goals and achieving 64 clean sheets. Per Transfermarkt, his current market value is €25 million.
