Juventus will face Pisa this Saturday evening in Serie A.
The team aims to finish 2025 strongly against a lower-table rival, looking to close the gap with leaders Inter Milan. Juventus is currently 5th on the table with 29 points from 16 games, four points behind Inter Milan.
Since Luciano Spalletti took over in late October, Juventus has performed well, winning six out of their last seven matches in all competitions.
They come into this match on the back of a hard-fought 2-1 win against Roma, highlighting their progress in recent weeks.
The team is facing defensive issues, with Daniele Rugani and Federico Gatti out due to injuries. Juan Cabal is also unavailable because of a thigh problem. Teun Koopmeiners is back from suspension and may play in central defense alongside Pierre Kalulu or Lloyd Kelly, as Spalletti aims to strengthen his defense.
In attack, Dusan Vlahovic is still out, leading to a choice between new signings Jonathan David and Lois Openda to lead the front line, with Openda likely preferred. Francisco Conceicao and Kenan Yildiz are expected to play on the wings, though Conceicao is a doubt. Carlo Pinsoglio will not return until next year.
Expected Juventus starting XI: Di Gregorio; Kalulu, Bremer, Kelly; McKennie, Locatelli, Thuram, Cambiaso; Conceicao, Yildiz; Openda.
The match is set to start at 7:45pm BST on Saturday, 27th December.
Viewers in the UK can watch it live on TNT Sports 2.
