Club management clarifies the situation.
Nabi is currently not managing the team.
Details: Kaizer Chiefs issued an official statement on their X social media account, explaining the situation regarding head coach Nasreddine Nabi’s dismissal.
“Kaizer Chiefs Football Club confirms that head coach Nasreddine Nabi is not working with the team at this time, as discussions between the club and the coach are ongoing. This is an internal matter being handled according to proper procedures.
The club is committed to maintaining stability and continuity for players and supporters during this time.
As this is an internal issue, we cannot provide further details at this moment.
We appreciate the ongoing support and understanding from our fans and the football community. Updates will be shared through the club’s official channels when available,” said the Amakhosi management.
Formally, Nabi is still the head coach until legal matters are resolved, but he is no longer involved in training.
