Pule Mmodi stated that former Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasredine Nabi changed the way the team plays.

Mmodi mentioned that Nabi brought a strong work ethic and a defensive style to the game.

“Since Coach Nabi and Coach Khalil arrived, they’ve emphasized the need for energetic wingers who can support both offense and defense,” Mmodi said at the Kaizer Chiefs’ Media Open Day.

“I see myself playing as a winger or a fullback. When we attack, I’m a winger, and when we defend, I help the left back. Some people might not fully grasp the role I play.

“Only players or those familiar with football can truly understand my position. I know my role well and always strive to give my best because I work hard.”

This strong work ethic will be on show tonight at FNB Stadium as Mmodi and his team take on Siwelele FC in a Betway Premiership match.

The match kicks off at 7.30pm.
