On October 9, the newspaper L’Équipe reported significant distress among many employees at PSG’s training center. Several staff members have taken sick leave in recent months. Following these revelations, labor inspection authorities were notified and visited the PSG Campus at the end of October, according to the French daily.

The inspector noted a workload that did not meet established standards, as well as issues related to internal management. Additionally, the club’s social and economic committee (CSE) has launched an internal investigation. Several employees from the training and pre-training centers have already been interviewed, with more scheduled in the coming days. Both the labor inspection and the CSE are seeking to confirm reports of harassment and distress raised by some staff members.
