Leeds United look to extend their unbeaten Premier League streak to four matches on Saturday night as they host Crystal Palace at Elland Road.
Daniel Farke’s team is gaining momentum in their fight for survival, recently securing a 1-1 draw against Brentford, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin scoring his fourth goal in as many matches.
They will take on a Crystal Palace side dealing with a tough festive schedule. After losing 3-0 to Manchester City last weekend, they played to a 2-2 draw against KuPS in the Conference League on Thursday. Nonetheless, the Eagles arrive in Yorkshire with the best away record in 2025 and are eager to bounce back to keep their top-four hopes alive.
Farke confirmed that there are no changes to the injury report. He will rely on the same players who drew with Brentford. Lukas Nmecha, Daniel James, and Sean Longstaff are out until the New Year. Calvert-Lewin will lead the attack, aiming to become only the fourth Leeds player to score in five consecutive Premier League matches.
Glasner has announced his fullstarting lineup in advance. The 11 players who didn’t start the midweek game will feature at Elland Road, including Dean Henderson, Marc Guéhi, and Jean-Philippe Mateta. Ismaïla Sarr has left for the Africa Cup of Nations, while Daichi Kamada, Daniel Muñoz, and Cheick Doucouré remain sidelined.
Since the November break, Leeds have revitalized their attack, scoring 10 goals in five matches with a better conversion rate. Elland Road has seen plenty of goals recently, as Farke’s side netted three in each of their last two home league games. However, they have struggled defensively, conceding in each of their last six home outings.
Palace has excelled in away matches this year, earning more points and wins on the road than any other Premier League team. They have also shown strong defensive skills away, allowing just five goals in their travels this season. However, they have struggled to convert chances lately, underperforming their expected goals (xG).
Leeds United predicted XI: Perri; Struijk, Rodon, Bijol; Bogle, Stach, Tanaka, Ampadu, Guðmundsson; Okafor, Calvert-Lewin
Crystal Palace confirmed XI: Henderson; Richards, Lacroix, Guéhi; Clyne, Wharton, Hughes, Mitchell; Nketiah, Pino; Mateta
The match will be shown live in the UK on TNT Sports 1 and TNT Sports Ultimate, with coverage beginning at 7:00 pm GMT.
