RB Leipzig has set a price of over £80 million for winger Yan Diomande, who is attracting significant interest.
The 19-year-old Ivorian had an impressive season in the Bundesliga, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in 16 league matches, drawing attention from top European clubs.
Both Bayern Munich and Liverpool are considering a move for him, while Manchester United and Chelsea are also keeping an eye on his performances.
Liverpool sent scouts to observe Diomande during the recent 2-2 match against Wolfsburg, where he scored for Leipzig.
However, any club interested will need to meet Leipzig’s high asking price. The club is looking for over £80 million, which would set a new record for player sales. The previous record was the £77 million transfer of Josko Gvardiol to Manchester City in 2023.
Leipzig’s asking price may decrease if the team fails to qualify for the Champions League. Currently, they sit in fifth place in the Bundesliga, just two points behind the top four.
