The management is pleased.

Arne Slot has taken over as Liverpool’s head coach from Jürgen Klopp and won the Premier League in his first season. The club’s leaders are now looking to reward him.

Despite facing three straight defeats before the international break—his first such streak as a manager—Slot has remained composed, noting that his team is still generating more chances than their opponents.

After seven matches, Liverpool has earned 15 points and is second in the Premier League. Their next match is against Manchester United at Anfield on October 19, kicking off at 17:30 CET.

Reminder: Slot is seeking defensive reinforcements. Liverpool is showing strong interest in Ousmane Diomande, a 21-year-old centre-back from Sporting Lisbon.
