Malappuram FC Signs Police Footballer Azhar as New Goalkeeper

Malappuram: Malappuram F.C. has signed Muhammed Azhar as their goalkeeper for the second season of the Super League. Azhar is currently the goalkeeper of the Kerala Police team.

He has represented Kerala in various tournaments such as the Santosh Trophy and the National Games. The 28-year-old hails from Perinthalmanna in Malappuram district.

Azhar is known for his consistent performances and remarkable saves in front of the goalpost. He has played five times for Malappuram in the Senior Championship and was also a member of the Calicut University team.
