Mamelodi Sundowns have added two notable players from Portugal to their roster.
According to DailySports on Monday morning, Nuno Santos (26) is transferring to the Betway Premiership champions from Vitoria Guimaraes SC for about R20 million.
Reports also indicate that a second midfielder, Miguel Reisinho (26), is joining the team as a free agent. He also comes from Portugal.
With Lucas Ribeiro’s departure and Themba Zwane facing injuries, the need for new attacking midfield players was clear.
The club is expected to announce both signings by Tuesday afternoon.
