Ahead of the Premier League match against Crystal Palace, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has shared an update on player injuries. He said that key players Benjamin Sesko and Harry Maguire will be out for longer than expected.
The manager also confirmed that Matheus Cunha will not be available for this weekend’s match. He is expected to return for the game against West Ham.
Sesko suffered a knee injury against Tottenham before the international break, and his recovery is taking more time. His return, which was initially planned for the end of November, is now likely to be pushed to December. Similarly, Maguire’s injury also requires more attention and rest.
The team is currently dealing with the disappointment of a 1-0 defeat to Everton, who were playing with ten men. Without their full attacking strength, United has been struggling to score goals from their chances.
