Currently sitting 7th in the Premier League, Manchester United aims to make changes by tightening control over its internal communications. The club has decided to prohibit staff from posting unauthorized content on social media to maintain the confidentiality of behind-the-scenes activities, according to The Mirror. Jason Wilcox, the Red Devils’ sporting director, stated, “We want to create an environment where we feel like a family, where everyone can share their opinions, suggest new ideas, and no one feels offended.” The new guidelines are intended to regulate what can be shared while ensuring secure and consistent official communication that aligns with the club’s image.
Meanwhile, fans will have the opportunity to visit the new Carrington training center, which will open as part of select tours of Old Trafford. They will be able to access the locker rooms, gym, recovery areas, and conference room, but photography will be strictly prohibited.
