The Red Devils are focused on a key transfer.
The Ivorian winger is close to joining Manchester United.
Details: As reported by Topskills Sports UK, Manchester United has made an official offer to German club Leipzig for 19-year-old winger Yan Diomande from Ivory Coast.
Sources suggest that the Red Devils have put forward a £78 million bid for the promising player and are optimistic that former Leipzig striker Benjamin Šeško can help convince Diomande to move to England.
Leipzig, however, is asking for about €115 million for Diomande and is not willing to lower their asking price.
Alongside Manchester United, Liverpool is also interested in Diomande, viewing him as a potential replacement for Salah.
Yan Diomande joined Leipzig in the summer of 2025 from Leganes for €20 million and quickly became a key player. This season, he has made 30 appearances for Leipzig, scoring 11 goals and providing 8 assists.
Transfermarkt currently values Yan Diomande at €75 million.
Reminder: Manchester is in a transfer race, with Elliot Anderson possibly joining one of the main rivals.
