At 37 years old and after spending 15 years at Real Madrid, Marcelo has become a club legend. In an interview with AS, the former left-back reflected on his time with some of the greatest players. He expressed a particular wish to have played alongside Kylian Mbappé.

“He is great, impressive, a physical marvel. He has a lot of talent, works hard, fights, and scores goals. I really admire him. I would have loved to play with him, but he came a bit too late,” he said. Mbappé is sure to appreciate the compliment.
