England player Marcus Rashford played for the national team in their World Cup qualifying match against Andorra. He shared his views on the game through his Instagram account.
Rashford posted match photos and wrote: “3 important points at Villa Park bringing us closer to our goal! 💪🏾 Great team performance, now it’s all eyes on Tuesday’s big game 🏴.”
England won the match against Andorra on September 6 with a score of 2-0. Rashford played for 68 minutes before being substituted for Anthony Gordon.
Next, England will travel to Serbia on September 9 for their fifth match in the qualifying campaign. So far, the Three Lions have won all four of their previous matches and sit at the top of their group.
In total, Marcus Rashford has made 63 appearances for England, scoring 17 goals and providing 6 assists.
