Masibusane Zongo Defends Sipho Mbule’s Work Ethic

Former SuperSport United player Zongo has expressed his admiration for Pirates and Bafana Bafana star Mbule.

The 27-year-old Mbule was a key signing for Pirates after being let go by Sundowns due to issues related to professionalism.

After 13 games this season, Mbule has shown significant talent.

“Many people think Mbule is lazy, but we witnessed his performance against Nigeria,” Zongo mentioned on Apex International’s YouTube show. “He can put in the effort when needed.”

“If you can anticipate where to go before receiving the ball, that’s an essential skill,” Zongo added.

Pirates will next face Siwelele FC in the Carling Knockout last 16, scheduled for Saturday at 15:00 at Orlando Stadium.
