Galatasaray player Mauro Icardi is working hard on his recovery after a serious injury. He shared his post-training routine on Instagram.
Icardi posted a friend’s story showing him in an ice bath, a key part of his recovery process.
Ice baths are widely recognized as effective for athletes, helping to reduce muscle soreness and inflammation after workouts, promote tissue healing, decrease swelling, and improve blood flow.
Recall that Icardi recently returned from a serious knee injury that kept him out for nearly a year. He has just started appearing as a substitute in recent games.
Additionally, after Fernando Muslera’s departure from the club, Mauro Icardi was appointed Galatasaray’s new captain.
