Kylian Mbappé, a forward for Real Madrid, wished a happy birthday to his former teammate Luka Modrić, now playing for Milan, through a message on Instagram.
Mbappé shared Luka’s birthday post, adding the note “Happy birthday, brother” along with a heart emoji.
Modrić also celebrated his birthday with a post that included photos from a home gathering. The images show him in front of festive balloons and a birthday cake, along with his family in some pictures.
Modrić turned 40 years old on September 9th. The Croatian midfielder has had a remarkable career, becoming a legend at both Real Madrid and the Croatian national team. At Real Madrid, he has won several Champions League titles, while with his national team, he has secured silver and bronze medals in the World Cup. Luka also won the Ballon d’Or in 2018.
