Milan fans have announced they will not support the team in the upcoming home match against Bologna, despite being present at the stadium. They will also miss the away game against Juventus in October, continuing their five-year protest.

In an Instagram statement, the ultras shared that their decision to boycott the trip to Turin stems from mandatory ticket registration on Juventus’ website, calling it a “shameful system.” They also mentioned that the situation at San Siro has not improved since the first two matches of the season and has, in some ways, worsened.

This silent protest is not about the team’s performance, but rather the club’s choice to prohibit some ultras from buying tickets and season passes for the “secondo anello blu”—the traditional supporters’ section—as well as limitations on displaying banners. Additionally, Italian authorities have been investigating possible mafia connections within the Milan and Inter ultras groups in recent months.
