Monaco Part Ways with Coach Adi Hütter

The coach has been dismissed.

Monaco’s uneven start to the season has led the club to remove their head coach.

Details: The club announced on its website that Adi Hütter is leaving Monaco.

Quote: “The club thanks Adi and his staff for their efforts and dedication to AS Monaco and wishes them all the best in the future,” the statement said.

Monaco is currently fifth in the Ligue 1 standings with 13 points from seven matches, just three points behind the leaders. In the UEFA Champions League, the team has struggled, losing 1–4 to Club Brugge and drawing 2–2 with Manchester City in their first two matches.

Reminder: As previously mentioned, 38-year-old Belgian coach Sébastien Pocognoli is expected to take over as Monaco’s new head coach.
