Official announcement: Nabi leaves Kaizer Chiefs
After weeks of speculation, Kaizer Chiefs have announced their decision regarding Nasreddine Nabi’s future.
The club, also known as the Phefeni Glamour Boys, released a statement confirming a mutual agreement to part ways with the former Young Africans coach.
Nabi was suspended on September 17 after a disappointing 3-1 defeat to Sekhukhune United in the Betway Premiership at the FNB Stadium.
“Kaizer Chiefs FC and Head Coach Nasreddine Nabi hereby confirm that, following constructive discussions, they have mutually agreed to end their professional relationship amicably,” the club stated.
