New Insights on Kylian Mbappé’s Condition Following the Trial Against PSG

In a legal dispute taking place at the Paris labor court, lawyers for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Kylian Mbappé have presented their arguments. Mbappé is seeking €55 million in unpaid wages from his former club, as well as a change of his fixed-term contract to a permanent one. His legal team has criticized PSG’s methods, claiming a total of €260 million from the club.

<p>On the other hand, PSG issued a strong statement accusing Mbappé of bad faith. The club stated, *“Mr. Mbappé has continually attacked the club at every opportunity, including through this legal action — a regrettable situation for both the player and French football as a whole… In court, the club presented evidence showing that the player acted in bad faith.”* PSG claimed that he intentionally concealed his desire not to extend his contract.</p>

<h3>Kylian Mbappé’s Emotional State</h3>

<p>While the legal battle has attracted significant media attention, Mbappé's lawyers shared insights into how the situation has impacted him. *“You know Kylian. He is involved in everything regarding his football career. This issue has deeply affected him for a long time. Even when he joined Real Madrid, he continued to feel its impact. However, he has confidence in the justice system of his country and awaits the decision calmly,”* said his lawyer, who is demanding €37.5 million for emotional distress as part of the 260 million total claim.</p>

<p>*“Everything mentioned about the emotional distress is a genuine reflection of the player's suffering. His athletic abilities have certainly been affected due to the pressure he has experienced. I don’t believe he perceived this as an image issue; rather, it has been a sporting concern for him,”* she added, speaking to *L'Équipe*. The decision from the labor court is expected on December 16, and the player hopes for a swift ruling so he can focus fully on his future at Real Madrid.</p>
