Remo Stars achieved an important 1–0 win against Shooting Stars in their recent Nigeria Premier Football League match in Ikenne on Sunday.
The only goal came from Samuel Anakwe in the 49th minute, securing all three points for Remo Stars in a competitive match.
This victory extends Remo Stars’ unbeaten streak to four games, with three wins and a draw, moving them up to 17th place in the league with 40 points. Shooting Stars, now in fifth place with 50 points, missed the chance to narrow the gap at the top.
