A supercomputer at Opta has predicted a first-time Champions League winner this season.
As the tournament reaches the quarter-finals, Arsenal is now the favorite to win the Champions League for the first time. They will face Sporting Lisbon, who have made it to this stage for the first time since 1983.
Opta gives Arsenal a 29.73% chance of winning the 2026 Champions League, ahead of Bayern Munich, which is seen as the second favorite with an 18.33% chance.
Liverpool, who will play against defending champions Paris Saint-Germain in a challenging quarter-final, are currently ranked sixth for the title at just 7.12%.
