Abdeslam Ouaddou praised Relebohile Mofokeng this week after the midfielder put on a stellar performance that helped Orlando Pirates defeat Golden Arrows 5-0.
Mofokeng scored two goals, while Oswin Appollis added another two, alongside an own goal from Arrows at the Orlando Amstel Arena.
Ouaddou lauded the Bafana Bafana player, describing his talent as exceptional and rare. He stated, “I don’t like to speak individually about players, as they should serve the collective project. However, you rarely find players with this talent every 10 or 15 years.”
“Sometimes players with such qualities tend to overdo it. Our role is to help him understand which zones he can dominate, particularly in dribbling. There are strategic areas where he should limit his touches and utilize his intelligence.”
